An institution around town that I had been hesistant to try because I am a little bit intimidated by super hot chillis. But I took a risk and decided to organise a dinner for 10.
My friend ordered and ordered very well.
We ate cabbage with pork, duck, more pork, fish, beef ribs - pretty much every form of meat possible with every form of chilli available and it was all excellent. Plus some tofu for those tofu eaters - not me.
Definitely the best Sichuan in Melbourne, cooked with crisp, and crunch and not very scary.
BYO with cheap corkage. Cost was around $40 per person.
8/10
